1. About Us

FitPrint Studio ("we", "us", "our") is a garment branding business operating in the United Kingdom, providing DTF (Direct to Film) printing, embroidery and workwear branding services. Our registered address is Unit 87, Thomas Way, Hersden, Canterbury, CT3 4NN.

By placing an order with FitPrint Studio, you ("the Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Please read them carefully before ordering.

2. Definitions

• "Bespoke Order" — any order for printed, embroidered or branded garments that is produced to the Customer's specific requirements, design, size or specification.
• "Artwork" — any logo, graphic, image, text or design file supplied by the Customer or created by FitPrint Studio for production purposes.
• "Proof" — a digital mock-up or pre-production sample submitted to the Customer for approval prior to production.
• "Production" — the physical printing, embroidering or finishing of garments following written Proof approval.

3. Bespoke Orders

All orders placed with FitPrint Studio are Bespoke Orders. Each order is produced specifically and exclusively for the Customer to their stated requirements. As such:

• Bespoke Orders are non-returnable and non-refundable except where the goods are proven to be defective due to our error.
• Production will not commence until full payment has been received and a Proof has been approved in writing by the Customer.
• Once production has commenced, the order cannot be amended or cancelled.
• FitPrint Studio reserves the right to decline any order at our discretion, including orders we consider unlawful, offensive or in breach of third-party rights.

4. Payment Terms

• All prices are quoted in Great British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• A formal quote will be provided before any order is confirmed. Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
• Payment is accepted by bank transfer, debit/credit card or other methods stated at the point of sale.
• Orders will only be scheduled into production once cleared funds have been received in full.
• FitPrint Studio reserves the right to amend pricing for materials or labour costs; any price change will be communicated prior to invoicing.
• In the event of non-payment following completion of work, FitPrint Studio reserves the right to pursue recovery of outstanding amounts through appropriate legal channels and to charge statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Artwork & Customer-Supplied Files

Where the Customer supplies artwork, logos or design files for production:

• Files should be supplied in a high-resolution format (minimum 300 DPI for print; vector files preferred: AI, EPS, PDF, SVG).
• FitPrint Studio will make reasonable efforts to reproduce supplied artwork faithfully, but cannot guarantee exact colour matching between digital files and physical prints — see Section 11.
• We reserve the right to refuse to produce artwork that we reasonably consider to be unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing of third-party rights.
• Where artwork is supplied in a format that requires re-drawing or significant preparation, an artwork fee may be charged. This will be agreed in writing before work proceeds.
• FitPrint Studio will retain artwork files for production purposes only and will not share, sell or use them for any other purpose without written consent.

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork or design files, the Customer warrants and confirms that:

• They are the legal owner of all intellectual property rights in the supplied artwork, or hold a valid licence to use it for the intended purpose.
• The artwork does not infringe the copyright, trademark, design right or any other intellectual property right of any third party.
• The artwork does not contain any material that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory or in breach of any applicable law or regulation.
• They have obtained all necessary permissions, consents and licences for any third-party content (including but not limited to brand logos, sports team badges, celebrity images, licensed characters or trademarked material).

FitPrint Studio accepts no liability whatsoever for any claims, losses, damages, costs or proceedings arising from the infringement of intellectual property rights or any other legal breach resulting from artwork supplied by the Customer. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless FitPrint Studio against any such claim.

Artwork created by FitPrint Studio on behalf of the Customer remains the intellectual property of FitPrint Studio until payment has been received in full, at which point ownership may transfer as agreed in writing.

7. Design Approval Process

• Before production begins, FitPrint Studio will provide a digital Proof for the Customer's review and written approval.
• The Customer must review the Proof carefully and confirm approval in writing (email is acceptable). Approval constitutes the Customer's acceptance that the design, sizing, placement and content are correct.
• FitPrint Studio will not be held responsible for errors in the final product that were present in the approved Proof.
• Changes requested after Proof approval may incur additional charges and delay production.
• If no response is received within 7 working days of a Proof being sent, FitPrint Studio may cancel the order and retain any deposit or payment as an administration and artwork fee.

8. Production & Turnaround

• Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed unless agreed in writing as a firm deadline.
• Production commences only after: (a) full payment is received, and (b) written Proof approval is confirmed.
• FitPrint Studio will not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruption, equipment failure, carrier delays or force majeure events.
• Rush or express orders may be accommodated at FitPrint Studio's discretion and may attract an additional charge.

9. Delivery

FitPrint Studio dispatches orders using the following carriers:

• DPD
• Parcelforce Worldwide
• Royal Mail

The carrier used will depend on parcel size, weight and delivery destination. Delivery charges will be clearly stated at the point of quotation or checkout.

• Delivery timescales provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Risk in the goods passes to the Customer upon dispatch. FitPrint Studio is not liable for loss or damage occurring during transit.
• If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, the Customer must notify FitPrint Studio within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will assist in raising a claim with the relevant carrier.
• Failed delivery attempts and parcels returned to sender due to incorrect address details provided by the Customer may incur a re-delivery charge.
• FitPrint Studio currently delivers within the United Kingdom. International delivery may be arranged by prior agreement.

10. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because all orders are Bespoke:

• We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on correctly produced orders.
• If goods are found to be defective due to a production error on our part, the Customer must notify us within 5 working days of receipt, providing photographic evidence. We will then, at our discretion, either re-produce the affected items or issue a partial/full refund.
• Cancellations received before Proof approval may be subject to an artwork/administration fee.
• Cancellations received after Proof approval or once production has commenced will not be refunded.
• FitPrint Studio's liability in any event shall not exceed the total value of the relevant order.

11. Colours & Colour Accuracy

• Colours displayed on screen (RGB) and those reproduced in print or embroidery (CMYK/thread) may differ. FitPrint Studio cannot guarantee an exact match to screen colours.
• If colour accuracy is critical, the Customer should request a physical sample prior to full production (sample charges may apply).
• Minor variation in colour, positioning (±3mm) and finish between print runs is considered within acceptable industry tolerance and does not constitute a defect.

12. Limitation of Liability

• FitPrint Studio's total liability to the Customer shall not exceed the total price paid for the relevant order.
• FitPrint Studio shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or economic losses including loss of profit, loss of business or reputational damage.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
